The delivery timeline starts when the shipment is handed over to the courier.
Express Shipment: Express shipments we ship via FedEx to provide international customers with the quickest possible delivery time. Shipping charges are different for international customers based on your location. For most locations, it will be less than $15.You can check a detailed bifurcation of charges on your checkout page
Tracking: After the shipment is booked and picked up by the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment on the FedEx website

REFUND AND EXCHANGE
We offer exchange only as our each and every product is order to made.
If you think the item is damaged (like stitches are broken, leather is damaged), we will exchange right away. However, if you don't like the product no refund or exchange will be provided, as all our product's pictures and all other details about the products, we mentioned on the product page for you. so before placing your order check all necessary detail
Please note that all products are shot in professional lighting so that the most natural color is seen in photographs. But As you know there is a difference between the human eye and the camera's eye. However, there might be slight variation in color,

(Please note that, since every leather hide is unique and as such, each will have its own individual markings. Typical hides will have; stretch marks, small holes, scars, etc. When the leather is processed, this top layer of the skin is buffed and sanded to try and remove these marks. Once the leather has been tanned, any residual marks become almost imperceptible but are occasionally visible. Do not worry about this. It adds to the charm of the product, as you are not purchasing artificial leather, but natural hide with imperfections. All the leather that we use is carefully checked for any markings and we will allow smaller marks. Hence, no refund is possible once in this case)
Leather-Man offers exchange under the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 7 days of the delivery date and the product is in its original condition.
- In case of an exchange, delivery charges will not be deducted. However, the customer will be able to pay any difference in the rates of old and new products at the time of delivery or before.
- Exchange will be processed once Leather-Man has received the original product and approved its condition.
If you desire any custom work, the process is very simple:
1. Contact us at WHATSAPP/FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM and let us know the leather creation that’s on your mind.
2. We will make sure your order it’s very clear in our minds and then we will give you an estimate for the cost of the job.
3. Upon 50% payment for your order, we will begin your order. Depending on the complexity of your request, we will need 7-10 days to complete your order.
4. Since each custom order is made solely on your needs and taste, all custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
5. If an item is out of stock, but you really want it, we can make it on demand for you. Any running promo will not apply on that item and you will need to pay 50% in advance, which will give you the freedom to choose any color or customization available in that item. Price may differ depending on the customization.

Please ensure that product is packed in an appropriate-sized box so it does not get damaged. We will not refund you or exchange the product if the product arrives damaged.
