Shipping

All orders will be shipped from our Home-Based studio in Lahore, Pakistan. Since eacj and every product is made-to-order and handmade, it usually takes 3 to 4 days to dispatch your order. You will receive an order confirmation call as well in 2 days after placing order (excluding holidays).

Please kindly note that this does not include the additional time required for your order to actually arrive and be delivered to you. Delivery times will vary based on your location and possible delays during peak seasons.

Domestic

Regular Shipping. Orders within Lahore will be sent out via TCS, and it takes 1-2 business days to be delivered. Orders within Punjab takes 2-3 business days, and 4-5 days in other provinces. Free shipping for orders above 4000.

Same Day Delivery. We also offer the option of same day delivery within Lahore, you will need to pay in advance and we will send your order via In-Drive. Ride fare will be paid by customer.

Self Pick-Up. Self Pick up not available since we are an online store only. Our studio is home based.

International

We ship all orders internationally from Lahore via UPS/Skynet Worldwide Express. These will typically arrive at your destination within one week - sometimes even quicker than your own domestic delivery! We understand that courier shipping services can be expensive, so we are subsidising part of the shipping cost depending on your order value. 

1. We only use UPS or FedEx to ship our orders because its fast , safe & reliable. We do not ship via post because its not safe and very time consuming. Delivery time is 3 to 7 days for most countries.
2. Our shipping is DDP (Duty Paid), you do not have to pay any custom fee at your door step, we do it for you before shipping.
3. We include many free gifts with your order to enhance your shopping experience. We beleive in making a good customer, not making a good sale.
